All paid plans come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your subscription, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@unaitext.ai within 7 days of purchase
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase
  • Refunds apply to the current billing period only
  • Word packs are non-refundable once words have been used
  • Renewals are eligible for refund within 7 days of the renewal date

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.
